About the Event Team

The Carmel Marathon Weekend is owned and operated by the Carmel Road Racing Group, LLC (CRRG) based in Carmel, IN. CRRG is an event management and consulting group that stages events throughout the US. Our team includes:

Todd Oliver: Race Director & President
An IU grad with a passion for sports marketing, promotions, event management and sponsor activation. Resume includes management, promotion and sponsor activation in of an array of events/clients including run/walks, tennis, non-profit associations, auto racing, film festivals, and professional athletes. todd@carmelmarathon.com

Kim Jackson: Media Director
Ball State Graduate, social media genius, multi-marathon runner and concert extraordinaire.

Volunteer Coordinator for the RCA Tennis Championships for 15 years. Grew up playing competitive tennis. Constantly referring to "runners" as "players".

Robert DeVoss: Transportation and Volunteer Support
DeVoss enjoys running 5k and participates in roughly 10 per year. Currently sits on the Indiana Sports Corporation's LOC for their Big Ten 5k Championships.
