For 2013, we are proud to have KeyBank back as the sponsor of the 8K. With the new sponsorship, KeyBank 8K is the first race of the new Hoosier Park 8K Triple Crown Series. Event #2 is at Eagle Creek Park on May 25th and event #3 at Hoosier Park with the start and finish on the horse track. For more information on the 8K Triple Crown Series can be found here.

All runners and walkers participating in the KeyBank 8K will utilize the same start and finish location as the Carmel Marathon and Carmel Half Marathon. Participants can begin entering their corrals at 7:45AM for the 8:00AM start. The KeyBank 8K course map can be found here).

Participants using baby strollers or baby joggers must start behind all runners and walkers.

The KeyBank 8K course will close at 9:40AM (18 minute pace/mile) and offers a relatively flat and fast course including sections on Keystone Boulevard, The Monon Trail, Carmel Arts and Design Downtown District, and will finish at the Palladium.

Technical shirts from ASICS will be provided for all participants, and as you cross the finish line you will receive the inaugural, collectors-edition KeyBank 8K medal!
